Ask the driver to stop at Caitins in Mountain Stage. There’s a welcoming cup of tea on arrival for anyone travelling by public transport!
Trains from Dublin or Cork can be booked here. Alight at Killarney, where you can get a bus to Kells.
If you’re driving, follow the N70 Ring of Kerry road through Killorglin and Glenbeigh. Continue towards Cahersiveen. The road turns inland
briefly but then opens out with Dingle Bay on your right and the mountain on your left. Continue past the old railway viaduct and
Caitins is on your left, shortly before the turning for Kells. You can’t miss it.
If you’re driving from the Cahersiveen direction, Caitins is on the right 3km after Golden’s of Kells on the N70.
